Our classes include:
A low-impact class to keep you moving through your pregnancy. Suitable for mums-to-be who want to stay strong and keep active to avoid the aches and pains that often come with pregnancy.
Take some time out for yourself to relax and unwind with our yoga and restore sessions. You’ll leave this class feeling ready to take on all the challenges being a Mum can throw at you.
For mums-to-be looking to maintain their strength and fitness through pregnancy with appropriate guidance and support during each trimester. These sessions will teach you how to lift safely in a circuit style class, suitable throughout pregnancy.
A lower intensity strength and fitness class for new mums to get moving again. Classes include a combination of Pilates-style exercises, cable machines, and cardio equipment.
