Pre & Postnatal Exercise and Wellbeing Knowing what is safe and not safe to do during and after pregnancy can be overwhelming.

Whether you’re a mum-to-be or a mum-of-a-bub, our program incorporates exercises that safely improve the strength of your body and prepare you for birth and beyond.

Running through our onsite fitness partner, Movement HQ, your journey will start with an assessment from our Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. Your exercise program will then be tailored to suit the needs of your body, under the close direction of our Pre and Post Natal Exercise Specialist.
