Ms Megan Ridley

For most of her life, Megan has been interested in holistic health and natural medicine. Trying new modalities and more eastern medicine traditions to support her lifestyle, she discovered kinesiology which had a huge impact on her life.

Specialising in emotional health and wellbeing, Megan works to address a wide range of conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, women’s hormonal health, and relationships.

Dr David Baker

Dr David Baker is a clinical academic cardiologist with expertise in Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) and advanced cardiac imaging (MRI), with broader interests in arrhythmia, heart failure and pulmonary hypertension.

David graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2007 and the Australian National University in 2011, before being awarded his FRACP in 2019 following medical and cardiology training at the John Hunter Hospital, Newcastle, Sydney. He completed sub-specialty fellowships in ACHD and cardiac MRI in Sydney and is currently researching long-term optimisation for people living with a Fontan circulation, a particularly complex form of congenital heart disease.

Dr Tully McDonald

Tully is an experienced Osteopath placing a strong focus on acute sports injuries and a patient-centric approach. He has a special interest in treating neck and lower back pain, shoulder bursitis, meniscus tears and migraines / jaw complaints.

Tully has a double Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy) from RMIT University and additional training in myofascial dry needling, functional patterns (exercise rehabilitation) and functional breathing.

Dr Raju George, FRACP

Dr Raju George is an experienced Geriatrician and consultant physician, with a particular interest in the diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative disorders such as Parkinson’s Disease, Young-onset dementia, Frontotemporal Dementia, and Alzheimer’s Disease.

Arsho is an experienced Psychotherapist and Counsellor who believes in a holistic approach when it comes

to addressing life’s challenges. Arsho has created programs and workshops for the education sector and for large corporations, which focus on creating healthy culture through improving relationships, mental health, and wellbeing.

Olivia Adoncello, BAppS, MCEP, ESSAM, AES, AEP

Olivia is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise & Sport Scientist. Embarking on her own fitness journey, which sparked her passion for the health industry. She has been working in the health and fitness industry since 2016 and has experience in private practice, group classes, home visits, personal training, and gymnastics coaching. She has provided care and treatment to a vast range of clientele, including those with cognitive impairment, neurological conditions, cardio-metabolic conditions, musculoskeletal injuries as well as over 65s, pre- and post-operative patients and cancer patients.

Ms Natasha Leader

Natasha is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) & Qualified Diabetes Educator and has spent a wealth of time in a variety of different settings including tertiary care hospitals, private practices and in the rural community. Natasha specialises in the management of diabetes, antenatal, weight management, gastroenterology, organ transplant and cancer services.
