Dr Ranjini Ikkandath offers comprehensive paediatric services, addressing medical issues, developmental delays, learning difficulties and behavioural problems. She conducts well-baby and premature baby checks and treats conditions such as reflux/colic, allergies, hip dysplasia, and congenital anomalies. Her expertise also includes managing asthma, infections, epilepsy, and other neurological disorders. She is particularly interested in treating speech delays, global developmental delays, learning difficulties, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder.  

Dr Ranjini Ikkandath’s goal is not merely symptom control but also prevention, rehabilitation, and full participation in the community. Patients and their parents can expect a holistic approach to care. She collaborates closely with schools, therapists, early childhood educators and other health and welfare professionals to provide comprehensive, multidimensional care.  

As a senior consultant Paediatrician, Dr Ranjini Ikkandath treats acute and emergency presentations at Campbelltown and Camden hospitals. Dr Ranjini Ikkandath is dedicated to sharing her clinical experience with emerging doctors and demonstrating best practices in paediatric care. She has been commended for her work ethic and role modelling for Junior Medical Officers. Additionally, she has received certificates for her contributions to teaching medical students.  

Dr Ranjini Ikkandath’s is passionate about being part of a child’s journey from infancy to adulthood. She finds great fulfilment in helping children prosper and reach their full potential. As a mother, she empathises deeply with parents during challenging times. 

Associate Professor Keat specialises in a range of immunological allergic conditions, providing comprehensive care for patients with autoimmune diseases.  

He has special interests in lupus, systemic vasculitis, immune mediated interstitial lung disease, IgG4 disease and atopic dermatitis (eczema) and is committed to utilising innovative treatments and evidence-based practices to achieve the best outcomes for his patents.  

Professor Frankum established the first Clinical Immunology and Allergy services at Nepean Hospital in 1996 and Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals in 2003.  

In 2003, he became the inaugural Director of Medicine at Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals, significantly expanding medical services in the Macarthur area. He was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia in 2013 for his contributions to medical administration and education. 

Professor Frankum served as President of the Australian Medical Association, New South Wales, and Chair of the Board from 2017-2018. He was a Board Member of the Southwest Sydney Local Health District for eight years and Executive Clinical Director of Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals until 2019. He continues as a Senior Staff Specialist in Clinical Immunology and Allergy. 

As the inaugural Clinical Dean for the Macarthur Clinical School at the University of Western Sydney, he played a key role in training doctors in Greater Western Sydney. He remains a Conjoint Professor of Clinical Education. 

Professor Frankum specialises in diagnosing and managing a wide range of immunological disorders, including autoimmune diseases as well as allergy conditions. He provides personalised care using the latest advancements in immunotherapy and allergy treatments. He enjoys diagnostic challenges and managing complex immunosuppressive and immunomodulatory drug regimens, including newer biological therapies. He has significant expertise with patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly. 

Peter has collaborated with clients from diverse backgrounds, ranging from school-aged children to older adults, helping to improve their psychological well-being. He has worked with clients presenting diverse abilities, histories, and cultural backgrounds. 

Over the last ten years, Peter has worked with clients facing complex medical, treatment-resistant, and various clinical presentations to enhance their psychological, social, and emotional function. He has therapeutic experience with clients experiencing a range of social disadvantages, disabilities, PTSD, ASD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. 

Peter is particularly interested in collaborating with clients who have experienced significant medical or life-changing events such as cancer, cardiac events, chronic illness, chronic pain, or loss of social and physical function. He helps his patients at key points of their journey through diagnosis, managing pain and wrap around mental health support. He takes a holistic, integrative approach to aid in physical, social, and emotional recovery that restores quality of life. 

Peter has experience working with LGBTIQ+ clients, young people, individuals in transition, and older individuals adjusting to life changes and social and emotional challenges, relationship breakdowns, loss, and grief. He is an accredited Gottman Relationship Practitioner and has provided couples, families, and relationship counselling. He provides tools and techniques to help with the developmental stages for both parents and children.  

With many years of experience working with a range of disabilities, learning issues, psychosocial challenges, and anxiety or depression, Peter recognises that for all clients, mental health and well-being is a lifelong journey. His approach is based on developmentally and culturally appropriate techniques, skills, insights, and support. 

Dr Fitzgerald has provided educational support to healthcare professionals in NSW hospitals on consent and decision-making capacity assessments. She has spent lots of her time in GP practices covering training capacity passing on her years of knowledge and experience. Dr Fitzgerald is also authoring several research publications on epilepsy, mild cognitive impairment, and the impact of nutrition on the ageing brain. 

 Her specialised services include adult clinical neuropsychology, decision-making capacity assessments, cognitive rehabilitation, and intervention (including memory), and cognitive assessments designed to aid in the diagnosis of minor or major neurocognitive disorders.  

 Dr Fitzgerald is currently leading a 6-week memory training group program, focusing on strategies for enhancing and influencing memory. She helps patients understand the nature and extent of their difficulties and works collaboratively to improve their cognitive and psychological functioning. Dr Fitzgerald has a strong interest in the brain and its relation to cognition, behaviour, and mood, and she is fascinated by neuroplasticity and the potential to extend the community’s knowledge about the function of the human brain. 

 During your consultation, any concerns surrounding cognition (including memory), potential dementia, and impacts of neurological events will be addressed. Any history of strokes, tumours, or head injuries will be reviewed, and various neurological assessments will be conducted.
