Dr Ranjini is a senior consultant paediatrician with over two decades of experience, much of this spent in the southern and southwestern Sydney region. She specialises in paediatric care from newborns to adolescents, with particular interest in speech delays, global developmental delays, learning difficulties, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and autism spectrum disorders.
Her comprehensive paediatric services encompass care for premature babies, management of reflux and colic, allergies, hip dysplasia, and congenital anomalies. She is also experienced in managing asthma, infections, epilepsy, and neurological disorders.
Dr Ranjini takes a holistic, collaborative approach to care, understanding that symptom control is important, but so is prevention, rehabilitation, and being able to fully participate in the community. She works closely with schools, therapists, early childhood educators, and other health and social services to optimise outcomes for her patients.
In addition to caring for her patients at Brellah, Dr Ranjini holds the position of senior consultant paediatrician at Campbelltown and Camden hospitals, managing acute and emergency presentations. She is also dedicated to sharing her clinical experience with doctors in training, having been commended for her work ethic and mentoring over the years.
As a mother herself, Dr Ranjini is passionate about helping children prosper and reach their full potential, while also providing compassionate support for her patients’ parents and carers.
Dr Ranjini enjoys walking her dog, cruises and safaris. She has lived in India, Africa (Tanzania, Uganda, and Botswana), and Karratha (WA) before settling in her favourite place – Camden!
