Our purpose-built fitness centre is staffed and equipped to cater to the needs of people as they get older, including those who may have chronic medical conditions or are recovering from surgery.
Classes take into account common conditions experienced by older people, such as arthritis or other painful musculoskeletal conditions. By increasing mobility, and supporting heart and lung health, exercise can actually help reduce the pain associated with these illnesses.
