Overweight and obesity are becoming increasingly common in our community and are conditions that can lead to many other metabolic health issues.
Research has shown that a team-based, collaborative approach to your care can vastly improve patient outcomes when it comes to the treatment of metabolic conditions.
Patients will participate in initial consultations with an Exercise Physiologist, Nutritionist/Dietitian, Mental Health Practitioner and Endocrinologist to help determine the most effective treatment pathway. Patient-centred care is a key component of all Brellah programs, and we will ensure you are always included in your treatment options.
We encourage an ongoing approach to improving your lifestyle and health habits, whether you’re going through a surgical route or avoiding surgery. We also want this to be an opportunity for you to build your community through our group class settings.
For participants undergoing weight loss surgery, we offer a comprehensive 6-month rehabilitative package to ensure maximum long-term results, which includes both individual and group sessions with our exercise, nutrition and mental health professionals.
For people wanting to create sustainable lifestyle changes that promote and maintain weight loss, we offer a 12-week program which involves group exercise sessions and 1-on-1 consults with our nutrition and mental health professionals.
We have a variety of packages available. Please contact our team to discuss the best option for you.
