Our physiotherapists are trained to diagnose and treat patients through the use of manual techniques including mobilisation, soft tissue release, stretching, proprioceptive training and functional rehabilitation. They can help with chronic disease management, providing lifestyle modification and self-management advice, prescribe and supervise exercises for both patients and carers, and provide health promotion education, occupational health assessments and injury prevention activities.
