BA (Counselling and Human Change)
Arsho has been practising as a psychotherapist and counsellor since 2012. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in helping patients from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. She uses various techniques, including cognitive behavioural therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy to empower her patients to confront relationship issues, depression and anxiety, stress, and parenting conflicts, among other social, relational, and emotional concerns.
Obtaining her Bachelor degree in Counseling and Human Change from Jansen Newman Institute, now part of Think Group, Arsho started her psychotherapy career working as a relationship therapist. From here, she developed a specific interest in helping individuals struggling with their relationships. She gained further experience working with Acacia and D’Accord and decided to undertake advanced training in Public Health at Torrens University (currently in final trimester).
In addition to providing evidence-based psychotherapy and counselling for her patients, Arsho has been involved in creating programs and workshops for the education sector and large corporations. These programs are designed to focus on creating a healthy culture through improving relationships, mental health, and overall wellbeing.
Arsho is a firm believer in providing a safe space for patients to gain psychological insight into their situation and develop an understanding of the journey that led them to become the person they are. She finds personal fulfilment in providing support for these individuals, helping them discover their full potential, and giving them the opportunity to process their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement or criticism.
Arsho provides in-person care at our Frenchs Forest location. Telehealth options are also available.
